Took our cat in because something wasn't right. Got him right in. Was told he needed rabies shot since it's possible the wound was a bite. Told them that he was just in 4 weeks prior and had rabies shot. They said ok. When we got the bill, our cat was given a rabies shot again. When mentioned again that he had just gotten it, it was like the previous conversation didn't happen. This also happened to one of my other cats as well. And when we dug through the rest of our records, discovered that this also happened to my dog when we took her in for a UA for a uti ONLY!!! I'm now having to comb through all our records, and finding several mistakes made. If this were a human clinic or hospital, this would be malpractice. I would avoid this vet for the sake of any animal's health. I'm very upset that this vet had a digital record system, but fails to even look at it. Granted, there are two vets and we have only seen one. But I wouldn't chance this vet clinic. Find someone else. And if it was possible, I would give a negative score for this place.

We switched vets several years ago when our Black Lab puppy got very sick with parvo. Dr Sam Elder saved her life.

The staff always takes great care of our pets.

If I could give more stars I would! I can't recommend this Vet Clinic enough. Everyone is very friendly, the Clinic is clean and prices are affordable.

Our pets have received great care here for years now.

Now, with our Great Dane, he always provides us with every option and walks us through all costs and possible outcomes. He works on a plan of action with us. There has never been a charge on my bill that I have not discussed with him.

My family has been bringing our cats here since they first opened, and I can say with extreme pleasure that not only are the veterinarians caring, practical, and proficient, but I trust them to always put my pets' health first.

He was there for us when cancer got the upper hand on our Golden. He showed us nothing but great care, concern and compassion.

We live in Wichita and drive past multiple vet clinics to take our dogs to Valley Center Vet Clinic.
